I turned to Migration Expert Australia for help with my visa application to Australia. Their team was super professional and got my visa sorted out in no time. If you're thinking about applying for a visa to move to Australia, I definitely recommend Migration Expert Australia and their crew.

Our Experience
We checked out the Migration Expert Aus website, and it seemed pretty decent at first glance. However, there wasn't any solid evidence of how well they perform. On March 19, 2020, we decided to take a chance and signed up. We forked over more than $2,000 for their assistance with our visa.

The site sent us an invoice, order confirmation, and login details along with a form to complete, plus links to three additional documents.

We began downloading and filling out the forms, sharing a ton of personal info, and then logged out to sort our paperwork. That’s when we discovered that the three extra forms linked to the first one were completely non-functional. What a dead end!

We tried logging in multiple times using the credentials they provided, but all we could see were limited details of past communications and work documents (so frustrating!).

The website suggested we use their help chat feature. But to access that, we had to log in again on a different page labeled "We are here to help..." even though we were already logged into their secure site (seriously annoying!). And guess what? This time, the login password they gave us didn’t work. Another dead end!

Maybe we should just call the Melbourne number, or check if this service is legit. So, we turned to Trust Pilot for some reviews. Turns out, Trust Pilot is actually a service provider for Migration Expert Aus, and the reviews seem to reflect that.

In my personal experience, after shelling out a hefty sum, I found no working web pages or attachments, and I was left giving out very sensitive information while facing constant demands to log in again and again... it’s been incredibly frustrating. Best to steer clear of this one.

I paid for a phone consultation but never got the call. I tried reaching the office more than ten times, and it was obvious someone was answering the phone just to hang up right away. This is clearly a scam!

What can I say? It was an absolute mess, a terrible experience chatting with someone who seemed completely clueless, despite her claims of being a qualified migration consultant. She didn’t assist me with any of my questions and couldn’t provide any answers. To make matters worse, she suggested a ridiculous way to get a PR. Her constant reminder that being British doesn’t matter just drove me up the wall. I could go on and on, but I don’t want to waste any more of my time with this company. I plan to reach out to their CEO, if there is one, to express my feelings about this pure waste of time and the £75 for just 30 minutes. Shame on you, migration expert! Stop relying on third-party consultants to lure in more clients. Oh, and I had to give them 1 star because there was no option for 0 or negative stars. 🌟 So frustrated!

I faced a few hiccups with my Visa when I arrived at the airport. My name, spelled just like it is on my passport, didn’t get recognized, even though the ETA had already approved it. My husband ended up needing to submit a new application for his Visa, despite it being previously approved. He had to shell out $48 for that. Luckily, the officer we dealt with was super helpful.
